IF YOU WISH TO TAKE THESE COURSES FOR CREDIT TOWARD YOUR UNIVERSITY DEGREE, YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY FOR A LETTER OF PERMISSION FROM YOUR UNIVERSITY. You should apply for your LOP as early as possible. Please note the restrictions and regulations on your university website.

You should aim to submit your LOP Application at least eight weeks before classes start. It is highly recommended that you apply earlier to allow adequate time for processing.

You can find the U of M LOP regulations HERE. To access the LOP application form, sign into your Aurora account and select Enrolment & Academic Records > Registration and Exams. *You may need to submit a copy of the course syllabus with your LOP application.

U. of Winnipeg Students:

The deadlines for LOP Application are:

• Spring Term – March 15
